The STATIM LAB metrological laboratory, division of ORUM INTERNATIONAL, has obtained accreditation based on ISO/IEC 17025 Lab Accreditation for the calibration of gaseous fluid flow rates up to 200 l/m.
The accrediting organization is the Perry Jonson company. Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation is a segnatory of the international circus ILAC recognized all over the world.
The results of the accredited calibrations are performed using the TRIO FLOW METER TMF20 (Patent Pending). Instrument developed and manufactured at our research center in Villa Cella. Research that took over 2 years of work.

The TRIO FLOW METER TMF20 system (patent pending) is based on a high precision volumetric meter combined with a software that manages its functions.
The main characteristic of this system consists in carrying out a direct measurement of the air flow (volume?) with a high precision of the uncertainty.
Calibrating the airflow through microbiological samplers is a very important aspect of the environmental monitoring process of cleanrooms, isolators and RABS to be sure that the microorganisms collected are associated with the correct volume. Therefore, the flow rate must be measured accurately. This process must be conducted on a regular basis.

This is one of the fundamental elements that led us to obtain the 17025 accreditation of our STATIM LAB laboratory for the calibration of microbiological air samplers.
Calibration of the flow rate of air through the microbial air sampler is important to be sure that the collected micro-organisms are associated to the correct volume. Therefore, the air flow has to be measured accurately. This process has to be conducted on a regular basis.
Accredited calibration is the right option if your instrument is used in regulated industries, as a reference instrument or your quality standards require a calibration complying with the strictest regulations. The accredited ISO/IEC 17025 calibration also includes:
